Online Therapy
I also work online. Online therapy or online coaching has many advantages. You remain in your familiar environment, save travel time, and can still discuss your concerns and possible solutions with me—even at short notice. This can be the case, for example, if you are too busy with your work, live abroad, or are ill or physically impaired.
Working online can be useful for issues that require short-term solutions and, if possible, only individual (one to three) online sessions. However, longer process work at regular intervals is just as possible. The prerequisite for online therapeutic treatment is that you come to my practice. I will see you in person once, take a thorough medical history, and can professionally assess your issues.
Home Visits
If you prefer to stay at home for therapy or coaching, I also offer home visits. You save valuable travel time and can discuss your concerns with me on-site.
