You can book thematic workshops In-Person or online, either for yourself or in a small group. Depending on the input, you can take home different things. Each workshop lasts 1.5 to 3 hours.

Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity describes the natural variation of neurological differences in the human brain. Neurodiversity takes many forms, to name high sensitivity, high intelligence & giftedness, ADHD, ADD and high-functioning Asperger's autism (AS). In this workshop, we will explore each of these.

High Sensitivity
In this one-day workshop for those affected by high sensitivity, their families, and anyone else interested, you will delve deeper into the essence of high sensitivity. We will determine your personal degree of high sensitivity. The most common and individual characteristics of a highly sensitive person will also be discussed. You will learn to understand your individual form of high sensitivity as a gift and receive initial inspiration for bringing this into your life.

Preventing Anxiety and Panic Attacks
If we understand what anxiety is for and what exactly panic is, we can better manage it in everyday life.
Physical exercises will be demonstrated for acute panic attacks.

Preventing overwhelm is possible if we learn to distinguish between positive and negative stress.
With good self-care, burnout, as well as bore-out, has no chance.

Let go of everyday life and get in touch with yourself. We meditate in small groups. I use active imagery and inner images during meditation.
