Jungian Analytical Therapy

Jungian Analytical Therapy is a depth psychological therapy from the Netherlands, modeled on the work of the Swiss psychiatrist C. G. Jung (1875-1961). Analytical Therapy, of the Academy for Depth Psychology (ADP) in the Netherlands, examines the complex relationship between the conscious and unconscious psyche.

The starting point of therapy is the energy pattern, the core theme, or core wound of each person. This is expressed in current issues, symptoms, obstacles, challenges, subconscious motivations, and fears. Analytical Therapy utilizes dreams, archetypes, fairy tales, myths, symbols, alchemy, active imagination, drawing, etc., to process the personal and collective unconscious. Exploring and recognizing deeper unconscious motivations enables integration and transformation on a conscious level.

Accredited RAPP® and CADT® Test Procedures

RAPP® (Rump Archetypal Personality Profile) and CADT® (Competence Analysis & Development Tool) are revolutionary Dutch psychometric measurement instruments that map unconscious patterns, talents, pitfalls, development opportunities, and core competencies in a relatively simple way. Your force field can be fed back at various levels.

RAPP® was developed for therapy. It offers detailed insights into conscious and unconscious patterns and uses therapeutic descriptions of archetypal forces. CADT® was developed for companies. It offers deep insight into the individual's natural talents and potential and uses accessible descriptions of archetypal forces.

Taking the RAPP®/CADT® test is recommended in the context of therapy, coaching, career counseling, matching career profiles with personality traits, determining development potential (developmental assessment), organizational consulting, and talent and management development.

NARM Trauma Therapy

The Neuroaffective Relationship Model

When children are not well supported by their parents during their development, and their core and attachment needs remain unmet, they can suffer developmental trauma.

Depending on their developmental age, the trauma can manifest as impaired core capacities in the areas of contact, attunement, trust, autonomy, or love and sexuality. This trauma then manifests itself in a specific survival pattern that repeats itself in adulthood until it is recognized, processed, and integrated.

The NARM approach of American psychotherapist Dr. Laurence Heller is a resource-oriented, psychodynamically grounded model that emphasizes working in the present moment. NARM uses somatic mindfulness to re-regulate the nervous system and eliminate identity distortions such as low self-esteem, shame, and chronic self-judgment.

NARM assumes that we all carry an inner drive for development and healing. Just as a young plant spontaneously moves toward the sun out of a natural impulse to grow, there is within each of us, at the deepest level, an impulse toward contact and connection.

Transpersonal Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy

Psychosynthesis psychotherapy does not simply focus on analyzing problems. It uses various techniques, such as imagination, inner dialogues, spontaneous drawing, constellation work, body expression, mindfulness, etc. It understands the human psyche as an interplay of different subpersonalities (e.g., inner child, inner critic, etc.). These inner parts must be recognized, understood, integrated, and consciously utilized. This creates a good inner and psychological balance.

Psychosynthesis is a depth-psychologically oriented psychotherapy and a form of transpersonal psychotherapy. It was developed by the Italian psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Roberto Assagioli (1888–1974) and is one of the depth-psychologically oriented short-term methods.

The psychosynthesis view of humanity does not begin with illness or deficiency. Instead, it always focuses on the wholeness inherent in every person. Crises are viewed as challenges and, at the same time, as a driving force for growth and development. It emphasizes the will and ability of the individual to take responsibility for his or her personal development.

Hypno-Systemic Therapy

Hypno-Systemic Therapy assumes that every person is part of a system. In the family, in relationships, in marriage, at work, among friends, etc. With the systemic approach, you learn to understand yourself within the dynamics of your environment. On the system board, you visually represent your concerns with figures and objects. This helps you view your current issue from the outside with more distance. Your feelings, needs, unconscious inner dynamics, and behavior in interpersonal relationships become clearer. You'll better sense when you're more in tune with yourself.

Walk & Talk and Nature Therapy

I also enjoy going out into nature with you. We walk, you talk. The movement also moves the inner self and sets it in motion. I incorporate the nature around us as an important and tangible mirror for your concerns. Mindful walking, sensory awareness, bodywork, meditation, and nature constellations are also part of the whole. Hiking and nature therapy has a similar effect on body, mind, and soul as the well-known forest bathing.

Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku

Forest bathing comes from Japan. It means bathing in the forest air. You spend mindful time in nature, touching plants, and meditating along the path. Being in nature is good for you. Even 20 minutes can have the effect. Scientifically proven that the immune system and nervous system are strengthened by the ions in nature. The heart rate calms. Concentration improves. Stress hormones are reduced.
